Warranty

In Place Technology One-Year Limited Warranty

In Place Technology manufactured products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

In Place Technology will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where In Place Technology inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after delivery. In Place Technology is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Mishandling of In Place Technology products will void warranty.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. IN PLACE TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

This is In Place Technology’s exclusive written warranty.

Purchase Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted with prior approval for products and parts valued under $500.00. For products and parts valued over $500.00, we reserve the right to correct problems and attempt resolution prior to issuing a return. Custom manufactured products and products built to order are not returnable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Additional Information:

  • You will receive your refund or replacement product within five days of receipt if in stock. If not in stock, you will be notified of the lead time for receiving the replacement product.
  • Return shipping for incorrectly ordered products is paid by the customer.
  • Return shipping for damaged products is paid by us. Please help us by taking a photo of any damaged shipping boxes.

How long we retain your data
