Returns
Returns are accepted with prior approval for products and parts valued under $500.00. For products and parts valued over $500.00, we reserve the right to correct problems and attempt resolution prior to issuing a return. Custom manufactured products and products built to order are not returnable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Additional Information:
- You will receive your refund or replacement product within five days of receipt if in stock. If not in stock, you will be notified of the lead time for receiving the replacement product.
- Return shipping for incorrectly ordered products is paid by the customer.
- Return shipping for damaged products is paid by us. Please help us by taking a photo of any damaged shipping boxes.
